- Proficient in at least two-core development tools used within the company

- Microsoft Certification (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
- Should be a key learner and adapt to understand requirement, develop code while maintaining quality and coding standards
- Sound knowledge of estimation technique & design patterns
- Sound industry trends awareness
- Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Proficient in writing technical documents with flow charts and design
